Rainbow Martabak by Martabak Air Mancur

I just tried Rainbow Martabak by Martabak Air Mancur. Rainbow Martabak is sweet Martabak topped with grated cheese and grated chocolate with some different colors: dark green, blue, orange, pink and red. I spent 55.000 rupiahs to buy the Martabak. The Martabak came in medium size. It used large amount of grated cheese and grated chocolate. The dark green color grated chocolate has melon flavor. The blue color grated chocolate has mint flavor. The orange color grated chocolate has orange flavor. The pink and the red color grated chocolate has strawberry flavor. The different is the red color grated chocolate has sweet and a bit sour taste while the pink color grated chocolate has sweet taste. The blue, dark green and orange color grated chocolate has sweet taste. The chef used large amount of grated chocolate that really dominated the taste of the Martabak even we can still get a bit salty taste from the grated cheese. He also used sugar that made the Martabak tasted very sweet. I think it will be better if we eat the Martabak in small amount because it is too sweet. It made me full easily.
